and join today. It is one of the easiest and fastest ways to pay, shorter turn around time, and it

Money Orders - We accept Postal Money Orders. If you are paying with a money order,
please email with your order request and we will get back with you with the payment
arrangements and total cost including shipping and handling. Your item(s) will be held for no
longer that ten (10) days. If your money order payment is not received within the ten (10) days,
the item(s) will be placed for sale again. Once payment is received,  your purchase is
shipped.

Personal Check (U.S.) - If you are paying with a personal check, please email with your order
request and we will get back with you with the payment arrangements and total cost including
shipping and handling. Your item(s) will be held for no longer that ten (10) days. If a payment
is not received within the ten (10) days, the item(s) will be placed for sale again. When
payment is received, if in the form of a personal check, the personal will check will be held
until it is cleared (usually about 10 working days). Once cleared, your purchase is shipped.

International Customers: PayPal ONLY.

Website business and inventory purchase
A $250.00 non-refundable deposit is required. The balance must be paid within 10 days
unless other arrangements are made between the buyer and seller. All sales are final. No
returns. No implied warranties.

Privacy Policy  

Your privacy is very important to us. Your information is never shared. We will not sell, rent, or
use this information in any other way. We do not sell email address. If paying with paypal,

PayPal's privacy policy and we adhere to it.

RETURN POLICY

*Jewelry purchases return policy
  • If you are not pleased with your purchase, contact us by e-mail, within 3 days of
    delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund of the purchase price less
    shipping and handling.

  • The item must be returned in all of its original packaging, insured for its purchased
    price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. You
    will then ship the item back to us within (3) days of our acknowledgment of your
    request. However, we will not give any refunds on items which have been tampered
    with or damaged, this will be left to our discretion.

  • Full refunds (less 25% restocking fee and less s&h charges) are made for all returns
    as long as item is returned in same condition as sent. Shipping is not refundable if
    the item is as stated. In addition, any PayPal fees accrued will be subtracted from your
    total refund amount.

  • The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance, unless agreed otherwise between
    the buyer and Antique Jewelry To Vintage Jewelry By Teresa. It is recommend that you
    use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt.

  • After we have verified that the returned item is as originally sent, we will issue a refund
    within 3 working days. Refund will be given as we received payment.

  • *NOTE - If you item is damaged during shipment, do not dispose of the packaging
    material. See "If Your Item Is Damaged In Shipping" below.

Indian artifacts purchases return policy ~ The return policy is the same as the jewelry return
policy. Follow the return policy above. Refund will be given as we received payment.

Website business and inventory ~ No returns. All sales are final. No implied warranty.
**Note: Website sale - Excluded are a few items that belongs to other clients such as a section of Indian
Artifacts, Victrola, 1 pair of Edwardian bracelets, quilt, property of Yahoo (current hosting company), etc.
The website sale includes "jewelry", with a few jewelry pieces being excluded).

We will often allow the customer the choice of a refund or a store credit that can be used at
any time.

If Your Item Is Damaged In Shipping:
Do not return the item(s), as doing so may void the shipping insurance. Contact us and
inform us of the situation. You must retain all original packaging as well as all pieces of the
damaged item, as they will be requested by the shipping agent. The claim will be filed as the
shipping agent request.
