Striking romantic signed vintage Bogoff necklace. Heavy and quality vintage crystal
clear circ rhinestone necklace. This fabulous rhinestone necklace, in a
princess-length, is signed Bogoff, and is very heavy for its size. The crystals (I suspect)
are lead crystal, and this might explain the weight, although there is a substantial
amount of metal here too! I think this is an earlier (early 1950's) Bogoff piece, and it is
in fabulous vintage condition, with no metal discoloration at all, and no missing stones.
There's a nice safety-chain, and the necklace itself measures 15" long (38 cm). The
pear shaped drop is 1.3 cm long. This is a nice example of the golden age of vintage
costume jewelry Chicago!
